Mel Waters Yoga On the last Saturday of each month I have the pleasure of holding a “workshop style” class at the most delightful Tomerong Hall.
These sessions are designed for practitioners to gather, discuss & work through any areas of their practice they wish to focus on. Each month a different area of focus will be highlighted. Please check social media for the upcoming theme or contact me (Mel) directly for more details.
From simple alignment adjustments to headstand holds & transitions. Any areas you feel require or need a little more support and guidance.
Very much an open & relaxed forum, students are encouraged to ask as many questions as we go... a great opportunity to clear up any uncertainty within your practice.
No frills, no fuss, no fancy yoga pants. Just yoga asanas (postures), correctly & safely aligned to suit the individual. Once settled, we breathe and allow the practice to unfold.
All levels of experience welcome, including complete beginners to yoga and the Ashtanga method...
